I got this parchment today. It's my birthday, my first Hogwarts birthday. I am twelve now, which is very grown up. Most everyone else in my year is still eleven and you could certainly tell. Anyway, the wrapping says this is meant to write a letter to a different year, which I think isn't very possible, but here is my letter. Are you from a different year? If so, please write back on the reverse and I will get it, the wrapping says.
