OWL MAIL Wizards might not text with a mobile phone all that often, but they do have other methods of communication available when it comes to a quick chat with their mates (or enemies) at any hour of the day. Post your characters, name, and preferences in the title area. You can include a generic starter if you want, or just post a blank. Anything goes. 1. OWL MAIL This might be a little slow for quicker chats, especially if you're close by, but it's good to give the bird some exercise! 2. FIRE CALL Just pop your head into that fire and chat away. Probably not recommended for drunken calls. 3. ENCHANTED MIRROR Those little reflective surfaces that show your friend's face whenever you might need to tell them something. Maybe you can enchant them to connect to any reflective surface around your chosen contact? (Maybe not the bathroom...) 4. HOWLERS Ever received one? It's supposed to be absolutely horrible. 5. OTHER MAGICAL COMMUNICATION The ones above are hardly the only way wizards can reach out to each other for a quick chat. Feel free to invent new items or use something like enchanted notebooks that you write in and the other sees the text at their end. You could also use flying letters, talking portraits, or, well, cellphones, if you will.

I would like you to elaborate on your views on why you find the idea of Regulus joining the following troublesome. In your haste to group together all old families and our motives, you've neglected to look into the fact that neither I, nor your mother are part of the following that was formed around the time when I received my education in Hogwarts. I was hoping that you would be willing to consider my words without bias and I am appreciative. You are correct, and I will always come to you with matters that concern Regulus. He will always be my brother.

My haste has less to do with assuming the alignment of old families and more to do with my assumption that Regulus would have already educated you on the matter. The movement that Riddle is leading is one paved with death, they will stop at nothing to reach their end goal and there is a full branch of the ministry being formulated to fight against it. I know because as a student in his last year, it was offered to all of us as career option. It is a branch of Aurors specifically trained to battle the dark arts; physically.

In simple terms, they're forming an army. Bloodshed is inevitable.

I don't want to see Regulus march into a war that can put his life at risk. We do not see eye to eye on our ideals, but you and Regulus do. Perhaps you can convince him that his life and the fucking lineage of our family should take priority over orders of a dark lord.

You must speak to him quickly about it, there is little time. Once he is initiated he cannot leave. He will have no choice but to fight.
